The frame was extremely well packaged. Double boxed and everything was wrapped in foam so there we no dings or scratches. The screen was rolled in foam with a layer of paper to protect the screen surface then encased in a hard PVC tube. It is extremely unlikely the screen would arrive in less than pristine condition.
Except for hanging the screen on the wall, it was easily assembled by one person. The frame was a heavy gauge aluminum and very stiff. The corners were extremely sturdy and frame pieces fit together very tight. The assembly instructions are easily understood.
The screen material did not have any noticeable imperfections and was completely wrinkle free when mounted. One complaint, my screen was missing two plastic anchors for mounting the screen to the frame. I will contact the manufacturer tomorrow and ask for a few spares.
The frame was easily mounted to the wall and the brackets allow for easy left to right (horizontal) adjustment. The screen seems to be firmly attached to the wall.
This is my first projector screen. Previously I projected directly on a painted wall. (A painted wall works better than you might expect.) The new screen was worth the money that I spent. I checked several stores and the Elite screen costs significantly less than their competitors. The Elite screen is vastly superior to the painted wall; I wish I would have purchased this screen sooner. The ambient light in the room can be much brighter than was previously possible.
Finally, the movies look much better. Now that I have a screen, I like my projector more. The colors are rich and vibrant and dark scenes are more distinct than they ever were.

This is my first screen while setting up a home theater. Deciding the size and aspect ratio was a big fight within me. I first ordered the 120″ one but after several measurement of my theater room dimensions and considering the DLP Benq 6000 I am using, I returned the same without even looking at it and ordered for this 135″ one and I am glad I did it :) . I got a bigger screen and for the anamorphic movies, I have a larger area now. I would have gone even bigger if I had longer throwing distance for my DLP projector. I also had to keep space on both sides for keeping my floor standing front speakers. One person could assemble it but that may not be very easy and one might over-strain one side of the frame if doing alone. I would advise to assemble with 4 hands especially while installing the screen in the frame and applying the tension on the screen. Once assembled it looks a state-of-the-art finished product and I was very glad looking at it once installed on the wall. Even after installation is completed, it is easy to slide horizontally along the wall for fine tuning. I have installed a motorized curtain system in front of the screen so that the screen is not exposed all the time especially while living in a kid friendly neighborhood. The kids find it very attractive to touch the screen with their “clean” palms and also they like to draw stuffs on white boards with their color pencils, you know what I mean :) Save your fixed screen!
